Drew A. Laughlin
Drew has practiced law on Hilton Head Island since 1977. Prior to co-founding Laughlin & Bowen, P.A. with John Bowen in 1990, Drew was a member of the firms Bowen, Smoot & Laughlin, Qualey, Laughlin & Qualey, P.A., and McNair Law Firm, P.A. Drew has dedicated a considerable portion of his practice to assisting and providing services for local small business owners from business filings, contracts, licensing, dispute resolution and litigation. Drew has a long history of community involvement. Drew served on the Hilton Head Island Town Council for seven years. In November 2010, he was elected to a four-year term as Mayor of the Town of Hilton Head Island.
Drew’s practice areas include Business and Contract Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Construction Litigation, Appellate Advocacy, Property Law, Community Associations, and Small Businesses. He is a licensed arbitrator and Circuit Court mediator.
